THE PROPERTY INDUSTRY'S SAILING REGATTA AND NETWORKING EVENT
PropSail, in association with PropEvents, sees 50 property professionals take to the solent in J70s class. With the perfect weather conditions, our fantastic sponsors enabled us to put on a successful day of networking at The Royal London Yacht Club, Cowes.
While networking, fun and fundraising are the essence of the event, there is also a highly-competitive sailing regatta to win, with bragging rights and trophies awaiting the worthy winners. The regatta is hosted in the solent, specific location subject to tides and weather, with the best of four races taking the trophy. All monies raised goes to Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust which inspires young people aged 8-24 to believe in a brighter future living through and beyond cancer through sailing.
PropSail 2024 from £550pp
PropSail is returning to the Isle of Wight after the sold out success of 2023 which saw over 50 property professionals take to the solent in J70s class for 3 days of networking, racing and fundraising. 2024 promises to be bigger and better and this year you don't need to be a sailor to experience PropSail, you can now be at the heart of the event as a spectator to the racing with a place on the spectators boat and full involvement in all other event activities.

PropSail J-70 Training Event from £235pp
We offer an optional training day and over night stay ahead of PropSail. This day is for every age, ability and interest. The day includes classroom & on the water training, with an oversight on J-70 boats & safety equipment. You'll enjoy a light lunch provided on the water followed by a training debrief with networking drinks, canapés and prize giving. There are limited spaces so book now to avoid disappointment.
